Price includes home rent, taxes, usage of wellness, parking, wood for the fireplace and barbecue and final cleaning.
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Check-in from 16:00
- Check-out until 10:00
If available, it is possible to request an “early check-in” from 10:00 and/or a “late check-out” until 16:00, with a surcharge of 30% of the price for the specified day.
Payment
- 30% upon booking by payment on the bank account
- 70% upon arrival by payment on bank account or in cash
Cancellation of reservation
The reservation can be canceled with a refund of the money paid no later than 14 days before the reserved date. If the reservation is canceled in less than 14 days, we do not return the advance payment, but you can use it for the next reservation in the next 6 months.
Discounts
- Nights from Sunday to Thursday have a 15% lower price
- For reservations via our contact form, our mobile phone or our social networks, we grant a 23% discount
- We offer additional discounts for stays of 3 and more nights
Pets
The stay of pets is possible only with a prior agreement with the owner of the accommodation, compliance with the house rules for pets, a deposit for insurance against damage and non-compliance with the house rules, and a surcharge of 15 euros per night.
For your pet, we have provided a dog bed, a large cotton bed towel, two small cotton towels to clean the paws, food and water bowls and poop bags.

In exceptional situations, when an option for such a reservation appears in our calendar, it is possible to book one night with an extra charge for early check-in from 10 a.m. and late check-out until 4 p.m.
The advance payment for booking confirmation is paid exclusively to the bank account specified in the offer. As a rule, the rest of the amount is paid upon arrival, also to the same bank account. In exceptional situations, it is possible to pay the rest of the amount in cash upon arrival.
All our houses have their own wellness with sauna and hot-tub inside the house, just for your use (no need to leave the house).
The houses Jela and Smreka are identical and there is no difference between them.
The houses Tisa and Borovica are identical inside and there is no difference between them. Due to the configuration of the terrain, they have a different exterior, but still they have identical exterior equipment.

There are 3 restaurants and 2 larger shops within a radius of 7 km from the holiday homes.
Jela and Smreka have a common parking lot for 3-4 cars. Tisa and Borovica also have a common parking lot for 2-3 cars. Both parking lots are located along the road, and you have to walk through the yard to get to the houses.
